Katherina Haug has built a career focused on waterfront and water access homes on Lake Tahoe, representing Lake Tahoe’s finest properties and their exceptional families, navigating nuanced and intricate acquisitions and sales to her client’s greatest success. Katherina works hard, works fast, and always has a zest in her step. She is poised, tenacious and committed to representing herself, and her clients to the highest degree of professionalism and excellence. Katherina, also known as “Kat,” a proud UC Berkeley alumni, moved to Lake Tahoe in 2012 to build a life founded on her love for the mountains and the Lake. With a background in sales & marketing, an English and American Literature Degree, and having always assumed she would eventually become an Attorney, she combined all her life paths into one and launched her career in real estate in 2014. In her spare time, Katherina Haug enjoys skiing in the winter, wake-surfing, long walks on the west shore bike path to Sugar Pine Point State Park, sailing, cooking, baking, hosting a dinner party, reading countless books, and/or otherwise enjoying all of life’s incredible wonders. Life is short, make it count! Katherina is currently serving on the Board of the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors, and ranked as a Top Producing Agent with Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty. Katherina is a Certified Trust and Probate Specialist.

Craig Miller- Like many before him and many after, Craig came to Lake Tahoe for the winter (skiing) and stayed for the summer (water skiing, boating, hiking, mountain biking, sailing, aviation... and career opportunity). After several years in the construction trades, Craig gravitated towards real estate brokerage, and the rest is history. With several partners he owned and managed his own boutique brokerage with a focus upon lakefront property, eventually purchasing his own lakefront in Dollar Point to “live the dream.” His affinity to water led him to the eventual position of Commodore of the Tahoe Yacht Club and an active member of the Tahoe Lakefront Owner’s Association and the Tahoe Maritime Museum. An industry veteran who after decades still enjoys his work, the people, the properties, and the process, in 2017 Craig jumped at the opportunity to partner with Katherina in order to take his career to the next level.
